Central Modular Systems (CMS) manufactures housing designed for two-family duplex and multi-family apartment applications. Principals of CMS have decades of experience as apartment developers, owners, managers and manufacturers. One Story Construction

• More desirable rental, all one floor with no stairs to climb, with no one living above or below, eliminating sound transfer.
• Much easier to maintain than 2 or 3 story buildings. Most maintenance can be done without the use of a ladder.
• Lack of stairs reduces insurance exposure to accidents.
